Originally from California, I attended California State University Northridge for my Bachelor's in Linguistics. During that time I studied hard, attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst for a semester and decided that I eventually wanted to achieve a higher education.
After completing my degree at CSUN (and a small break from school), I studied at California State University Fullerton where I continued my studies in linguistics with a concentration of language and the mind where I recieved my Master's of Arts in Linguistics.
Following the completion of my Master's I applied and have started to attend the University of Michigan for my PhD. Most of my work pertains to either constituency order and the non-syntactic factors that affect it and working with Nahuatl languages both colonial and modern .
In my me time I spend much time watching movies from classics movies to indie films to blockbusters and discussing them as tool to understand life people and society.
