Postdoctoral assistant professor
I am currently a Postdoctoral assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Michigan, working with Professor Shravan Veerapaneni. Previously, I obtained my doctoral degree in Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, advised by Professor Yang Xiang.

The long-term goal of my research is to apply mathematical modeling and design efficient methodologies to address problems encountered in the fields of science and engineering. Specifically, I am interested in the following research topics:
Mathematical Modeling and Simulation in Materials Science: Focusing on materials science and biomedical science.
Scientific Machine Learning: Machine learning for solving PDEs, Operator learning, Understanding neural networks through phenomenon-driven theoretical research.
AI for Science: Generative models for sampling, Generative models with applications in data-driven modeling.
