A Certificate, signed by two official witnesses proving that Aurelia Bellias contributed to a sacrifice to the traditional gods as ordered by Emperor Decius.
This document, and the action of sacrificing to the traditional gods, was proof of loyalty to the government. Any who refused, were persecuted.
