DEI Committee

BBA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee

The BBA DEI Committee works to improve all student experiences by creating and maintaining action-based structures dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within Ross, and establishing meaningful connections between Michigan Ross students, staff and faculty members, and Ross School Leadership.

We are a committee within BBA Council that sits under the VP of DEI, and consists of five positions of equal authority, general members, and committee chairs. The DEI Committee envisions a Michigan Ross community that is not only as diverse as the global communities that Ross works to empower, but upholds a level of equity and inclusivity that affords each student the opportunity and confidence to utilize their unique experiences socially and academically.
