Xingyu Zhang is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. His collaborative research interests involve: 1. health outcomes with an emphasis on study design and statistical analysis; 2. electronic health record data mining; 3. predictive and diagnostic modeling in healthcare; 4. emergency health care and health service; 5. infection surveillance modeling; and 6. machine learning and natural language process. His statistical expertise includes multi-level analysis, time series analysis, infection early warning modeling, feature extraction, pattern classification, neural networks, natural language processing, deep processing, survival analysis, and meta-analysis, etc.

Dr. Zhang supports study design and data analysis for AYA CARE investigators.
