Existing paradigm of cancer services is grounded in a differential point between pediatric and medical oncology. Such paradigm, however, does not fully account for the heterogeneity of cancer care for Adolescent and Young Adult cancer survivors, an age-defined population that crosses the age spectrum of both pediatric and adult/medical oncology. This has emphasized the importance of establishing an AYA specific cancer care program across different settings. Given the newly establish Michigan Medicine AYA Oncology Program, the purpose of this project is to evaluate and understand the service needs and preferences of cancer care among AYA cancer survivors.

We will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of all AYA survivors receiving care at Michigan Medicine to obtain a better understanding of patients' current service needs, experiences, and areas for improvement.
