“Being able to assist with this AYA fertility project has been such an exceptional experience. With my interest surrounding cancer care and psychometrics, it was really exciting to help out with the quantitative data management practices and dive deeper into the psychometrics of our survey. When it came to addressing topics, such as diversity as it relates to the measurements used in our survey, it was great seeing the possibilities made possible by collaborating with an interprofessional team. Each member had different unique perspectives and ideas, with the goal of pushing for diversity and making the study’s survey culturally sensitive. Getting my feet wet with this research project has been such an amazing opportunity!” - Joey Tan
