After you commit to the program, Education Abroad will enroll you in the following three (3) credit UMD course:

HGLO397: Exploring Global Challenges and Solutions in Panama

This course will meet during the Spring 2026 semester on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM, beginning January 27 and concluding March 31, 2026.
These weekly sessions will prepare students for their immersive study abroad experience in Panama over spring break.
