For those of you returning to College Park, Maryland after several years away--you will be wowed by some of the changes! For instance, you may enjoy staying at the Hotel at the University of Maryland, which is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue and has several restaurants (including a bagel place that makes espresso drinks) on its ground floor.
There is no parking lot just at the conference venue (H.J. Patterson Hall or HJP), but there are two garages nearby: Union Lane Garage (5 minute walk) and Regents Garage (10 minute walk). These are pay-to-park. (Anyone wishing to avoid campus traffic could use the pay-to-park lot the Hotel at the University of Maryland (10-15 minute walk.)
