Throughout this creative process, Kayley learned that time management is a key skill in holding a dance class. There were a lot of elements that went into making this project successful. At the bottom, there is a picture of fidgets which are a direct replica of the ones used during the class time. The process for this workshop included gathering members, buying fidgets in case they get overstimulated, finding a photographer, and making choreography. The biggest time commitment was producing the choreogprahy. This took the longest due to the fact that Kayley had to cumulate choreohraphy that was fun but not too challenging. This step in the process took some creative thinking but also focus since there were two different goals. Something that scholars did to help with this time management skill was the learning agreement. The agreement gave goals to set so that the project was not pushed to the back burner. This project had a lot of small intricate pieces, such as just having snack for the students so they're comfortbale, making sure there is a space for them to take breaks, and giving them an overall good time. Kayley enjoyed producing this project, and without the process of managing time and making set times for each of the aspects of the project, it would not be what it is today.
