To the right is an image carousel of some of my design iterations, sketches, and processes. Having strategies for coming up with ideas, and managing my time were key to finding out the best methods for my creative process. It can personally be easier for me to come up with design ideas and concepts, but I struggle more in making myself accountable with how I manage my time. One technique I learned from my CPSA250 class was the Eisenhower Matrix. Also called the Urgent-Important method, it "starts easy, what you do is, simply divide your to-dos into urgent and important, and then apply the four rules of action: Do, Plan, Delegate, and Eliminate" (The). When trying to follow through with my benchmark requirements, I made sure to use this technique to help divvy up my Capstone work with my other classes and their workload. I like to write down all the work I have to do, but sometimes it can be overwhelming to look at. After using this method, I was able to digest my workload better and actually keep myself on track.
