The creative process involved an abundance of mind wandering and blocking out time to complete the capstone which I learned from my CPSA250 course. It was difficult, especially since I write a lot in my free time, I always felt I would be perfectly fine if I waited until the end to crunch. However, this was very clearly illogical and eventually stressed me out. And so, I practiced time management techniques and blocked time out of my schedule in order to leave myself time to write and edit my product. Mind wandering allowed for me to empty my mind and not really focus on anything in particular. This would aid me in making sure it was fresh for me to get into working as my brain buzzing with a myriad of thoughts proved to hinder my writing process greatly. And supported the concept of new ideas brewing from it (Bench and Lench 2019). I even changed my product a lot because I wasn't happy with where it was going, I was afraid of embarrassment and judgement, however, I managed to push those feelings aside and produce a final product I am proud of.
