Welcome to our website on Aptamer Sequencing! Our lab selects and characterizes RNA and ssDNA aptamers against target proteins. In the aptamer selection process, we use DNA sequencing to identify promising aptamer candidates. In our website, we cover different methods of sequencing for samples collected from aptamer selections, as well as the different software available for analyzing the sequencing data.
