Vathani Logendran is a passionate, well-rounded, and driven professional who is committed to improving the lives of others in all capacities. She has an educational background in hard science, health sciences, and public health which allows for an in-depth understanding of research settings and patient care. She expanded on this knowledge with on-the-ground public health and development work experience, with a vested interest in global health and domestic challenges including infectious diseases, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, food insecurity, polysubstance use, and HIV/AIDS. She is most recently a Peaceworker Fellow who got her Master in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology.
