The Registrar (Registration) section provides service advisors with essential guidance for supporting students through key academic processes and academic records. It includes information on verifying, updating, and troubleshooting enrollment, understanding credit and status requirements, and helping students confirm or adjust their schedules in WISER. Advisors can explore topics such as Enrollment, Class Search, Add/Drop, Course Information, Records, and Policies using the drop-down tabs, as well as review policies and timelines for the Add/Drop period and major/minor changes. This section also includes the Enrollment and Graduation Processes Map and guidance on using the Undergraduate Student Forms page, along with a quick navigation tutorial. Together, these resources help advisors provide accurate, consistent support for student questions related to enrollment, registration, and graduation.

The Undergraduate Student Forms page allows students to access electronic DocuSign forms processed by the Registrar’s Office. This page is a key reference for Service Advisors, as it is frequently used to direct students to forms for re-enrollment, changes of major or minor, credit overload requests, transfer credit permissions, university withdrawals, and other academic actions.
