Park in the Union St. lot behind Wahlburgers.
Walk on path to the west that leads to the State Armory and the MGM courtyard – follow along the metal fence that surrounds DaVinci Park.
At the State Armory, follow the curve of the turnaround drive to the other side of Howard St.
At the southwest corner of the MGM Hotel, you’ll find a plaque about Theodor Geisel / Dr. Seuss.
