The Movement Neuroscience Lab seeks enthusiastic and motivated graduate students. Please visit the Kinesiology Graduate program, in the School of Public Health & Health Sciences, for specific details regarding admissions. I also accept graduate students through the Neuroscience & Behavior graduate program. In general, priority is given to applications submitted by the December 1st deadline, though the firm deadline for applications is in February with a program start date during the following Fall semester. Specific research questions can be directed to Dr. Martini, while general admissions questions can be directed to the School of Public Health & Health Sciences Graduate Admission Coordinator.
The Movement Neuroscience Lab encourages undergraduates to seek out research opportunities as part a comprehensive undergraduate experience. For those interested in the MNL, undergraduate RAs are expected to spend at least 10hrs/week performing lab duties, which include: data collection, data processing, reading, and writing. Any potential CHC student seeking a thesis research project with the lab must have a minimum of 3 semesters experience in the lab before the Fall semester of their senior year.Â
A resume and a paragraph detailing why you are interested in research should be provided with your email to Dr. Martini.
