Justin Burnworth is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at University of Massachusetts-Amherst, with a focus on the way Supreme Court justices craft and justify their opinions, the politics of Supreme Court nominations, and the dynamics of constitutional change. 

Justin Burnworth's articles have been published in Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, Toledo Law Review, Pace Law Review, and Quinnipiac Law Review. 

Justin Burnworth holds a B.A. from Tusculum College and  a J.D. from Vermont Law School.
