Justin Burnworth is an incoming Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminology & Law at the University of Florida with a focus on the way Supreme Court justices craft and justify their opinions, the politics of Supreme Court nominations, and the dynamics of constitutional change.
Justin Burnworth's articles have been published or are forthcoming in the Journal of Law and Courts, Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, Toledo Law Review, Pace Law Review, and Quinnipiac Law Review.
Justin Burnworth holds a B.A. from Tusculum College, a JD from Vermont Law School, and a PhD in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
