All assignments will have an established due date. In order to receive full credit for an assignment, you must submit the assignment before the due date. However, I will always accept late work. If you complete the assignment you should always get some credit for it, regardless of circumstances outside of the classroom. All assignments will allow for submissions regardless of the due date without any intervention from course staff, meaning you do not need to contact anyone to take advantage of this, it happens automatically.
Credit for late work gets reduced by 10% for each day late, to a minimum of 50%:
1 day late - 90% Score
2 days late - 80% Score
3 days late - 70% Score
4 days late - 60% Score
5 days late - 50% Score
Anything past 5 days late - 50% Score
I will accept late work until the first reading day of the semester, which is the school day before the first day of exams. Everything besides the final project must be submitted before this day.
