GAA Player Resources
Gaelic Games Player Pathway
The Gaelic Games Player Pathway provides a comprehensive framework for club players at every stage of their GAA career. Starting with Foundation 1 for ages 4-6, the pathway emphasises fundamental movement skills. It progresses to the Elite/High Performance stage for players aged 23 and older, tailored to intercounty adult players. Each stage specifies its objectives, its importance, and identifies key support providers.
Club Player Pathway Foundation Phases
This website aims to provide resources and guidance on how players can achieve the desired outcomes at each stage, commencing with Foundation 3 (F3) | Youth resource pack for the second year under 18 Minor GAA player.
