In this website, you will access all the resources you might need in the course entitled 'Introduction to Linguistics'. You will also find a variety of additional sources which will help you understand the different topics we deal with in our lessons. This website will be updated every week and, hence, different resources will be added at a weekly basis throughout the whole semester as a follow-up to our class discussions.

About the author
Fatima El Hamdi is currently an associate professor in the department of English at Mohammed V University in Rabat and a member of the CLEMS laboratory, FLHSR. She was a Fulbright visiting scholar at the University of Arizona in 2016-2017. She got her Doctorate from Mohammed V University in Rabat and from Paris 8 University (cotutelle project: PHC Toubkal). She received the thesis award Driss Aboutajdine 2019 offered by the CNRST. Her works are centered on morphology, phonology, psycholinguistics, variation and change, and university pedagogy.
