Bite-Size Climate Action Module
There are so many information and resources out there on Climate Change, and it can be quite overwhelming! If you are new to the arena, you can kick start your journey with the Bite-Size Climate Action Module - a series of fun, flexible, and immersive short online modules designed to inspire Malaysians to act for the climate. From forests to food to electricity, the uniquely Malaysian videos, podcasts, quizzes and more will demystify the science of climate change and empower you to be the change you want to see.
The module was developed by academics and students from Universiti Malaya and Nottingham University Malaysia.
Seed funding for this project was provided by a "Communicating Science for Climate Action" grant from the British High Commission Kuala Lumpur and supported by Ecoknights.

Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Reports
The IPCC prepares comprehensive Assessment Reports (AR) about knowledge on climate change, its causes, potential impacts and response options. The IPCC also produces Special Reports, which are an assessment on a specific issue and Methodology Reports, which provide practical guidelines for the preparation of greenhouse gas inventories. The latest IPCC reports that we suggest as recommended reading for this event are as follows:
Special Report
Global Warming of 1.5 ºC
An IPCC special report on the impacts of global warming of 1.5 °C above pre-industrial levels and related global greenhouse gas emission pathways, in the context of strengthening the global response to the threat of climate change, sustainable development, and efforts to eradicate poverty.
AR 6 - Climate Change 2021: The Physical Science Basis
This is most up-to-date physical understanding of the climate system and climate change - bringing together the latest advances in climate science, and combining multiple lines of evidence from paleoclimate, observations, process understanding, and global and regional climate simulations.
AR6 - Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability
This report assesses the latest impacts of climate change, looking at ecosystems, biodiversity, and human communities at global and regional levels. It also reviews vulnerabilities and the capacities and limits of the natural world and human societies to adapt to climate change.
