PRE-EVENT

1. Register as Presenter or Participant.

2. Please make payment accordingly before the event begin.

3. Any unpaid registration will be automatically cancelled and removed.

4. Link to join sessions will be made available on umevent.um.edu.my/SHISX2020 on 16th November 2020.

5. All registered presenters and participants will be informed via email as well and kindly invited to join the WhatsApp Group for further update or any enquiries on the event (https://chat.whatsapp.com/HMc05dlDAvwLxS75tQ0xJo)

DURING-EVENT

1. All sessions will be streamed via Microsoft Teams. Sign up for Microsoft Teams free (https://www.microsoft.com/en-my/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/free)

2. For the opening session, it will be broadcasted via FB Live (Cancelled).

3. All presenters need to log in to their Microsoft Teams account and join the given link as presenter.

4. All participants can join the event via their invitation link and can either view the event in the web browser or Teams app.

5. Public attendees can choose to either view the event as ‘anonymous’ or they can log in with their Microsoft account.

6. There will be a moderator and its assistant for each session to conduct the live stream/pre-recorded session.

7. Q&A in 10 minutes will be done at the end of each session.

PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION

1. Upload your video before the deadline on Saturday, 14 November 2020. Link for upload (https://sites.google.com/um.edu.my/shisx2020/upload)

2. The video must be original and not been published elsewhere.

3. The size of your video should not exceed 100 MB.

4. The duration of video must be below 10 minutes.

5. The video format should be .mp4 or .avi.

6. Minimum resolution for the video should be 720p.

7. The first slide contains an introduction of your paper title, the presenter’s name, the authors’ names and affiliations.

8. It is recommended show a speaker view, but not compulsory. If you choose to do so, please make sure the speaker window is in the top right corner of the screen and not covering slides.

POST-EVENT

1. Only presenters and participants who pay their registration fee will be given e-certificate and seminar proceeding. It will be sent via email in 7 days after SHISX2020 ended.

2. Winner for the best paper and the best presentation award will be announced in the official FB of Department of Fiqh and Usul APIUM.

3. This is our first virtual event, we are still learning and we want to move step by step, so we appreciate your feedback for improvement. Link to the feedback form will be distributed at the end of the event.
