PROGRAM REPORTING GUIDE

WRITTEN REPORT

Guideline for Report

  1. Written in English using Microsoft Word on A4 page layout, minimum 10 pages

  2. The paragraph is 1.5 spaced; font size 12-point; font type – Arial

  3. All illustrations, photos, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end

  4. Subtitles include but not limited to:

  • Cover page (Name of the host university & country, programme duration, student details including name, matric no., Faculty/Academy/Center, email address and phone number)

  • Table of contents

  • Background of host university - A brief description of the host institution and the city

  • Logistics arrangement host university (description on the accommodation, transportation, meals provided and/or assisted by the host university)

  • Academic Experience – observation on the education system and course registration/timetable, examination, experience attending the classes and teaching methods, student-lecturers relationship, etc)

  • Non-Academic Experience – view on the culture & traditions, local customs, assimilation process, interaction with local students and community etc)

  • Student and Extra-Curricular Activities

  • Conclusion - how the outbound program has enhanced personal and professional development and captions of personal testimony and appreciation notes



Naming Convention & File Format

  1. All report must be submitted through the Outbound Mobility Programme Reporting Form and saved according to the format below:

written report_<name>_<host university>_<semester><year>

Example, written report_hazlinaisha_sejong_Fall2019

  1. All report must be saved in PDF format.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted work does not infringe any existing copyright. The individual student however automatically grants permission to ISC to publish, reproduce or adapt copyrighted material as official use once the report is submitted and consent form is signed

VIDEO DOCUMENTATION

Guideline for Video Documentation

  1. A minimum of 5 minutes video in mp4 format sharing stories of the entire outbound mobility programme

  2. Includes interview, sceneries, academic or non-academic (cultural & leisure) activities, appreciation words

  3. Video must have background music, and it can be based on your own creativity.
