Author Guidelines and To-Know
The Workshop Scope
This workshop aims to gather a group of researchers and practitioners who shares similar technical experiences and interests in low-quality visual data-related topics, e.g., assessment, enhancement, synthesis, and their related applications in various domains. Technical works using diverse technologies and techniques, including conventional, intelligence or learning-based approaches are all invited for paper submission and to join us in this workshop. The scope of this workshop includes, but is not limited to:
Analysis and understanding of low-quality visual data;
Image/video quality assessment and metrification;
Image/video optimization for downstream tasks;
Low-quality vision applications (inclusive of satellite images, medical images, incomplete images, etc.);
Deep learning techniques for low-quality visual data understanding;
Data augmentation and generation for low-quality data synthesis;
Low-quality visual data enhancement and restoration;
Datasets for low-quality vision tasks (collection procedures and benchmarking).
