These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of any coaching program, membership, course, digital product, software tool, event, training, or service offered by Ultimate Landscape Academy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any Company offer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Fulfillment Policy

Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions, onboarding information, training materials, or other relevant details necessary to access your purchased offer.

Certain programs may require completion of onboarding forms, agreements, or other enrollment requirements before access is granted.

If you do not receive access information within 24 hours of purchase, please contact coaching@ultimatelandscapeacademy.com.

2. Payment Terms

By purchasing any Company offer, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.

If you enroll using a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Company products, services, memberships, coaching, software tools, communities, or training materials.

3. Refunds and Guarantees

Refund policies and guarantees vary by offer.

Any refund rights, guarantees, eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, or participation requirements will be outlined in the applicable enrollment agreement, User Agreement, order form, checkout page, or written offer description.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are non-refundable.

4. No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges related to your purchase.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to all products, services, memberships, software tools, communities, training materials, and support resources until the matter is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company, including training materials, recordings, templates, systems, frameworks, software tools, resources, branding, and educational content, remains the exclusive property of Ultimate Landscape Academy LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, license, modify, or otherwise use Company materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, profit, business growth, or financial results.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared by the Company are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Your success depends on numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including your effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, timing, and business decisions.

Except where expressly stated in a written guarantee, the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of Company products, services, programs, software tools, training materials, or resources.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your relationship with the Company shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
