Purpose
Purpose
SkillsUSA is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO). SkillsUSA’s mission is to empower its members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens.
Area IV is one of the six areas in New York State. It is made up of the following schools:
Dutchess BOCES, Orange-Ulster BOCES, Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES, Rockland BOCES, Saunders Trades and Technical High School, Southern Westchester BOCES, Sullivan BOCES, The Mount Academy, and Ulster BOCES.
