Irish Stout - 5.8% ABV

Chocolaty - Roasty - Smooth

Traditional Irish Stout. Medium body, roasty and chocolate, plenty of sweetness but not too malty, finishes dry. Complex but easy drinking. We made quite a creation! (WE ADDED COLD BREW COFFEE TO THIS BATCH!)

OKTOBERFEST

Marzen Style Ale - 5.7% ABV

Sweet Malts - Roasted Dryness - Floral and Spice

We use all Weyerman Specialty Malts giving this beer the familiar Marzen style body. Malty sweet, but dry finish with notes of toast. A medium body, creamy and smooth. We pitch Belgian Saison yeast allowing spice notes to shine through. Prost!

Pickle Sour - 5.3% ABV

Sour - Pickle Juice

Milwaukee's Baby Dill Pickle Juice in a sour! Our first 'wacky' beer. The PERFECT amount of pickle juice, not overdone but right on. Enjoy Wisconsin's Hometown Favorite in a beer!

EVENTFUL

American IPA - 6.2% ABV

Caramel - Hoppy - Citrus

Our Flagship! This West Coast IPA has a caramel body with a hop profile that journeys from earthy pine and floral to zesty grapefruit, then finishes bright lemon.

Honey Brown Ale - 5.4% ABV

Sweet - Malty - Honey

This easy drinking Brown Ale is perfect for spring! Featuring Honey Malt from Grambinus Malting. Honey aroma, chocolate and caramel malts, amazigly sweet honey finish!

Cream Ale - 4.7% ABV

Light - Natural Coconut

Brewed with flaked coconut and then hopped with El Dorado, delivering wonderful pineapple aromas. Whether you just finished mowing the lawn, or you’re enjoying patio drinks, close your eyes and you’ll think you’re in Pinacoladaburg.

Peanut Butter Banana

Cream Ale - 4.7% ABV

Light - Smooth Peanut  Butter - Ripe Banana
Peanut butter powder and banana puree bring this cream ale to life! Enjoy the dog days of spring with roasted peanut aromas, smooth peanut butter taste and ripe banana finish.

Hazy IPA - 7.9% ABV

Dank - Spice - Fluffy - Juicy Apricot

A Warrior like smash of citrus and spice lead off, Mosaic steps to the plate, and then flaked oats and wheat malt carry the body until peach, guava, and apricot aromas blast this one into the next Galaxy. We knocked this one out of the park! So sit back, enjoy the fireworks, and let the haze settle.

The brewery is located in the Westwood Shopping Center at the crossroads of Cedar Lake Rd. and Louisiana Ave S. in St. Louis Park, MN. Surrounded by 9 neighborhoods, we will rely on foot, bike, and vehicle traffic to keep us busy.

Hungry customers have food options to bring in! The Shopping Center is home to Ariana Kabob and Bistro, Sichuan, and Pizza Hut. Pizzeria Lucca is across the street.

The brewery is perfectly spaced between the nearest breweries making us a convenient stop on any adventure.
