North Wing Roof Replacement:
Replace the north half of the roof by removing the existing membrane, adding new insulation for energy code compliance, and installing a new multi-ply roof system.
South Wing Roof Replacement:
Replace the south half of the roof by removing the existing membrane and saturated insulation down to the deck. Add new insulation for energy code compliance and install a new multi-ply roof system, similar to the North Wing.

Replacement of all exterior fluorescent surface-mounted light fixtures with energy-efficient LED fixtures.

Complete replacement of the worn and dangerous football field lighting system.

Replacement of remaining single-pane windows in Shop and Theater Storage spaces.

Building Facade Maintenance:
Resealing and repairing the building façade for thermal performance and moisture prevention.
Includes tuckpointing, caulking, and control joint replacement around the exterior.
Exterior Door Replacement:
Replacement of single and double metal doors for controlled building access and improved envelope performance.
Bus Garage Floor Upgrade:
