DIMFF- Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival
As a Creative Team Coordinator, I focus on setting the vision and direction for projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and reflect a clear sense of purpose. Central to this role is developing concepts that resonate with target audiences, creating ideas that not only inspire but also foster genuine engagement. Creativity, however, thrives in collaboration, which is why I place equal emphasis on mentoring team members. By guiding and supporting their growth, I help strengthen individual skills while building a dynamic, innovative team.
Another key responsibility is maintaining consistency in branding. At DIMFF, this means ensuring all promotional materials embody the festival’s identity and values, reinforcing recognition and trust. Beyond promotions, I contribute to shaping ideas for events and film showcases, enhancing both cultural impact and audience experience. Ultimately, my goal is to balance vision, strategy, and collaboration to drive meaningful and lasting creative outcomes.
ULAB TV
ULAB Art And Photography Club
During my time at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), I had the opportunity to be a member of the ULAB Art & Photography Club for nearly a year, spanning about three semesters. As a member, I actively participated in several activities, most notably during Pohela Boishakh 2022. I volunteered in the Alpona Designing, contributing by drawing banners and Alpona designs to enhance the festive environment. This experience allowed me to express my creativity, collaborate with fellow artists, and be part of an initiative that celebrated cultural heritage and artistic expression.
