General Information

On Arrival

Report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices.

There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival. If you don’t, don’t blame us when you don’t know what’s going on!

Spirit Link

The spirit link will be here when ready.

Make sure that you enter your spirit scores before midnight on Sunday 14th June, otherwise your submissions will not be counted!
NOTE: All spirit score submissions will be published post-event. Comments will only be redacted to remove any offensive language if applicable

PLEASE NOTE:

  • NO DOGS - please tell all friends and family that are planning to come.
  • KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - Gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Specific sidelines are for players ONLY so keep an eye out on where you sit!
  • THE PLAYING AREA - Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
  • TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT - We urge players to adhere to rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate 2017.

Water

Water will be available from taps based outside of the pavilion. We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.

Showers & Toilets

Changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the Pavilion, accessed through the door around the corner from the water taps. Signs will indicate which are male and female.

FIRST AID

First Aid will be located near the corner of the railings around the rugby pitch. It will be visible with the location of the ambulance and the first aid tent.

If you are unable to find them, please speak to the TD as the medical team will be contactable via radio over the weekend.
