What is the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program?
The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) is a one-semester scholarship opportunity for students to study at a U.S. college or university. This program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, helps participants explore U.S. culture, enhance their leadership skills, and build professional connections. Students will live on campus with American peers, participate in a U.S. Studies course, and complete 20 hours of community service. The experience concludes with a leadership and networking workshop in Washington, DC.

Students in their fourth semester by January 2025.
Demonstrate leadership potential through academic work, community involvement, and extracurricular activities.
Demonstrate command of written and spoken English as attested by a recent (less than two years old) TOEFL ITP or TOEFL Prediction score of 500 or iBT of 61 or IELTS score of 6.0 or Duolingo English Test score of 95.
Be committed to returning directly to Indonesia after completing the program.

Send the screenshot of your application to the Partnership and International Relations Office via email to international.office@ukrida.ac.id.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!
All the documents MUST be in English.
Two letters of reference, one from a lecturer from the applicant’s major field of study, the other from another lecturer, an employer, a coach, or a community work supervisor.
Photocopy of Indonesian ID card (KTP)
The latest university progress report/transcript in Indonesian and English
IMPORTANT!
The transcript and other materials MUST be prepared before the deadline. After that date, you will not be able to add additional information to the online application form.

Program Timeline
After the online application has been submitted, candidates should inform staff at AMINEF via email, attaching their scanned TOEFL ITP or TOEFL Prediction score or iBT or IELTS or Duolingo English Test to infofulbright_ind@aminef.or.id and CC international.office@ukrida.ac.id. the email subject, “[Your Full Name] – Completed Global UGRAD Online Form.”
Selected participants will be placed at a US university in either the fall 2025 semester (August – December 2025) or the spring 2026 semester (January to May 2026).
