The Elite Performance Pathway (EPP) is a programme designed to further support the development and progression of the most talented and hard working athletes to achieve sporting excellence. We aim to provide our pupils with the support necessary to become strong university scholarship candidates and to progress into higher level sport beyond school.

The programme's focus is to provide its pupils with a holistically developed programme across all components of performance, and to build the person first and the athlete second.
