Registration includes: Lunches, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

*Students: student ID required  (provide your document during registration procedure)


Registration procedure

1. To register to the SUSGEM 2023 workshop,  please press the button below.


2. The Registration Assistant screen will appear. Fill the form, select your rate and proceed with the payment. Take into account that the only payment method is by credit/debit card (VISA/Mastercard).

Cancellation and reimbursement

Cancellation requests received by the conference secretariat no later than 15 days before the beginning of the conference will be refunded, minus administration costs (10%).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this time.
