Important notice to all student regarding your course registration:

Regarding Co-Curriculum course registration please follow instruction provided by HEP.
If you have problem regarding course registration please contact your academic advisor (PA). Below are some common registration problem that your PA can provide solution are:
- allowing registration for classes with clash of timetable between two courses, (jadual waktu kuliah yang bertindih).
- allowing student to drop a specific subject in current semester.
- advising on study plan to your current situation.
If you encounter registration problem that limit the amount of credit hours you can register for the current semester. you must contact and meet the program head, Dr Azmi Husin. But before contacting the program head please speak to your PA first to get advice on you current situation.
If you still cannot solve your course registration problem after consulting your PA (the group you wanted to register is currently full) you can fill the online form "BORANG MENGEMASKINI PENDAFTARAN KURSUS BERMASALAH" provided below.

Special Announcement for New student from "LEPASAN DIPLOMA UiTM"

From "Lepasan Diploma UiTM" or other recognizable diploma program, you may be given some credit exemption for certain courses that you have taken during your diploma study. Follow the instruction provided by EM245 KP on how to do the credit exemption. There fore please do not perform any courses registration before your credit exemption process have completed.

Regarding registration of MEM698 Practical Training, only Part 7 or Part 8 student that has completed their practical training during the semester break need to register this course.
On EET699 English Exit Test, the examination is not FREE, candidate need to pay a fee for taking this examination. For current semester, it is generally open to student currently in their final year of their study. About course registration and examination procedure and date, please follow the instruction announced by Akedamik Pengajian Bahasa (APB).

"BORANG MENGEMASKINI PENDAFTARAN KURSUS BERMASALAH"

Starting from October 2020 "BORANG MENGEMASKINI PENDAFTARAN KURSUS" will be using online form. The online form can be access using the QR code below or the link shown below the QR code. Registration problem regarding "TIMETABLE CLASH", please solve this problem by asking permission from the lectures of the class you wanted to enter and then seek your PA to allow for "TIMETABLE CLASH" course registration.

Regarding the increasing the maximum number of student per group (group with full status), the process of opening more quota will only be done starting from the SECOND WEEK of the semester. But you should start attending the classes that you intended to register from the FIRST WEEK of academic session.

Students coming up from semester 2 please register into PEM2453A1 or PEM2453A2 group for courses CTU552, LCC401, MAT455, MEM492, MEM512, MEM591, and co-curriculum 1 credit hour (HGD344 Integrity and Anti-Corruption)
Students coming up from semester 2 but already passed MEC512, MEM492, CTU552 and LCC401, please register into group PEM2453B1 or PEM2453B2 for courses, MAT455 and MEM591, plus MEM553 (PEM2454A1) and MEM582 (PEM2454A1), and co-curriculum (HGD344 Integrity and Anti-Corruption).
Incoming new intake students (penerapan diploma UiTM) please register into PEM2453B1 or PEM2453B2 group for courses, CTU556, LCC499, MAT455, MEM492, MEM512, MEM591, and co-curriculum 2 credit hours (HGD345 Integrity and Anti-Corruption).

For those who have completed your Industry Training during the semester break please add/register course MEM698.

Student in their final year of study can register for EET699 (English Exit Test). for graduation purpose you need to register and sit for the EET699 (English Exit Test) to graduate. EET699 is open for student from PART 7 and PART 8.

If you cannot register MEM697 as your ELECTIVE 1, please contact the KP (Dr Azmi Husin) to help with your registration for that particular course.

EM245 PART 8 TIMETABLE

Course open for registration, ENT600, elective II (MEM672 COMPUTER AIDED ENGINEERING) plus elective II (MEM693 CNC TECHNOLOGY), MEM602, and EET699 (NOTE 1).

NOTE 1 : If you have not taken and pass your EET699 test in previous semester, for graduation purpose you need to register and sit for the EET699 (English Exit Test) to graduate. EET699 is open for student from PART 7 and PART 8.

NOTE 2: If you are facing problem registering the elective II or elective III courses please contact your PA or KP(Dr Azmi Husin) to help solving the registration issue.
