Manuscript Preparation
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using Microsoft Word. The manuscript should be between a minimum of 8 pages, with a maximum limit of 15 pages. It must strictly follow the TiBEC IX Template.
Abstract
The abstract should summarize the contents of the manuscript in 150–250 words. It must include the background of the study, the problem statement, the objective(s), a brief description of the methodology, the results/findings, and the significance of the study.
Keywords
Provide THREE (3) to FIVE (5) keywords as specified in the TiBEC IX Template.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be original and unpublished. Authors confirm that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere and that all co-authors have approved its submission.
Permissions
Any figures, tables, or text passages previously published elsewhere require permission from the copyright owner(s) for both print and online formats. Authors must include evidence of such permissions when submitting their manuscripts. Submissions without this evidence will be assumed to be original.
Similarity Index
Authors are not required to check the similarity index prior to submission. After submission, the TiBEC IX Technical Committee will use Turnitin to evaluate the similarity index of each manuscript to ensure consistency.
The acceptable similarity index is less than 20%. If a manuscript exceeds this threshold, authors will be contacted by the TiBEC IX Technical Committee to make the necessary revisions based on the Turnitin results and re-submit the manuscript as per the given instructions.
Notification of Acceptance
Authors will receive acceptance notifications via email and may also check the manuscript status in the system.
Payment
Authors must pay the conference fees within the stipulated time. Payment can be made via various methods, and proof of payment must be uploaded to the system during registration.
