Terms and Conditions for Appointment as Contingent Guest Jury
For UiTM Invention, Innovation, & Design Exposition 2025 (iidex2025)
1. Appointment Confirmation
Your acceptance of the appointment as a Guest Jury member for the UiTM Invention, Innovation, & Design Exposition 2025 (iidex2025) implies your commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities outlined herein.
2. Judging Criteria
As a Guest Jury member, your role is to assess and evaluate the participating entries based on predetermined criteria. Your judgement should be impartial, fair, and guided by the standards set forth by the UiTM iidex2025 organising committee.
3. Confidentiality
All information pertaining to the entries, the judging process, and any other confidential matters disclosed during the event should be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Judges are expected to refrain from discussing details of the entries outside the official judging sessions.
4. Attendance
Your presence is required for judging sessions scheduled from 28-30 October 2025, between 09:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m. The venue for the judging sessions is Dewan Agung Tuanku Canselor (DATC), UiTM Shah Alam. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing your attendance, prior notification to the UiTM iidex 2024 evaluation committee is required.
5. Token of Appreciation
A cash honorarium will be provided upon the completion of the judging sessions. To facilitate the disbursement process, you are required to submit your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and fill out the honorarium form provided by the UiTM iidex 2025 evaluation committee or download the form via the the.workspace portal at https://sites.google.com/uitm.edu.my/the-workspace/home
6. Submission Deadline
The CV and honorarium form must be submitted to the UiTM iidex 2025 evaluation committee by 13 October 2025. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delays in the honorarium's processing.
7. Professional Conduct
Judges are expected to conduct themselves professionally and treat all participants, organisers, and fellow judges with respect. Any concerns or disputes should be reported to the organising committee for appropriate resolution.
8. Rights and Responsibilities
By accepting this appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the rights and responsibilities outlined by the UiTM Invention, Innovation, & Design Exposition 2025 (iidex2025) organising committee.
