The conference registration fee includes the following benefits for all participants:
Conference Kit – A conference bag and lanyard with an ID badge.
Access to All Sessions – Entry to keynote speeches and workshops conducted by industry experts.
Networking Opportunities – Access to networking sessions with public health practitioners and healthcare professionals.
Conference Materials – Digital copies of presentation slides and other materials.
CPD Points & Certificate – A certificate of attendance and eligibility for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
Add-ons (The registration fee does not include accommodation and meals)
Accommodation – Participants are required to choose single or twin-sharing accommodation.
Single: RM290/per night
Twin-sharing: RM200/per night
Meals – Meals are included in the accommodation package and are covered by the accommodation fee.
Day 1: Two (2) meals – afternoon tea and dinner.
Full-day sessions (Day 2, etc.): Five (5) meals – breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
Last day (Day 3): Three (3) meals – breakfast, morning tea, and lunch.
Yes, there will be hands-on session during mini workshop on IoT Data Collection and dashboard development for data analytics and visualisation. Participants are advised to bring their own laptops to ensure a more engaging and effective learning experience.

Yes, attendees will receive a certificate of attendance only if they attend all sessions throughout the conference.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or travel restrictions, please notify us as soon as possible. We may offer refunds or alternative participation options based on the circumstances.
We accept payments via cash, bank draft, EFT/IBG, and government local order.
Yes, government agencies and departments can use a Lorcal Order (LO) as a payment method for registration fees. Please ensure that the LO is submitted before the registration deadline.
Details of the payment method will be sent to you via email after you have completed the registration process.
Yes, government agencies can use an LO for multiple participants. Please submit one LO for the entire group, listing all attendees, and ensure it includes all required details for each participant.
