The Faculty of Sports Science & Recreation will host the National Association of Physical Education and Sports Science (NAPESS) 1st International Conference on the 17th - 20th September 2025, at the Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. 

The theme of the conference is "Optimizing Performance and Wellness: Innovation in Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences". The conference organisers invite submissions for research papers, proposals, best practices, and issues relevant to sports and physical activities.
