Online Paper Submission
To submit your paper, you must first log in to the ConfBay Online Submission System and click on the "My Submission" menu.
Submission Process:
Abstract Submission:
Authors must register and submit their abstract.
The abstract will be reviewed, and authors will receive a notification once it is approved.
Full Paper Submission:
Upon abstract approval, authors can proceed to submit the full paper.
Each full paper must consist of six (6) to fifteen (15) pages (including results, figures, and references using APA format).
We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the topic areas mentioned. Submission of a paper implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors must STRICTLY follow the templates provided: full paper template. We suggest that authors copy and paste the contents into the given templates. The full paper should not contain any header or footer.
The similarity score must be less than 20%.
Please be reminded that the paper should be structured as follows: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology/Approach, Findings/Results, Conclusion/Implications/Recommendations, Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References.
The minimum number of references is 15.
The full paper will only be accepted by electronic submission through ConfBay Online Submission System.

Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The decision on your paper will be informed via email.
Please Note
All papers will be reviewed based on originality, technical quality, and relevance. Submitting the same paper to multiple conferences or journals is not allowed. Papers that do not follow these rules may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
