This subject is a foundation course in geometry for students majoring in mathematics at diploma level. Students will learn the basic concepts of geometry including triangles, polygons, circles, volumes, and surface area of solids. Deductive reasoning will be emphasis in solving problems.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
Describe the knowledge of geometry in mathematical sciences.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills in conveying information related to application of geometry.
Determine appropriate method and procedures to solve Foundation of Geometry problems.

About me
Hi everyone. My name is Ezzah Suraya Binti Sarudin. I will teach you MAT123 for this semester. What made me decide to be a lecturer? I really want to help my students to love mathematics. I will try my best to make sure you all interested in this subject. I hope both parties (lecturer and students) will give full support and always help each other to learn and understand this subject (not included copy from other resources during your exams).
