PROF. DR. YUSLIZA MOHD YUSOFF received the B.B.A degree in human resource management from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 1999, the M.B.A degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in administrative science from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2009. From 2009 to 2016, she was a Lecturer with the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Since July 2016, she joined the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. She is the author of more than 100 articles, with the H-index (Scopus) = 17 and H-Index (Web of Science) = 13. Her research interests are organizational and behavioural studies, human resource management, green human resource management, international human resource management (international students adjustment), electronic human resource management, line managers involvement in human resource management, empowerment, human resource roles and competencies.



PROFESSOR DR. MOHAMMED QUADDUS currently is a professor at the School of Management and Marketing at Curtin University, Perth. Prof Quaddus has research interest in multiple disciplines, which include Behavioural Modelling in Marketing and Tourism, ICT and Tourism, Sustainability and Tourism, Information systems planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Risk management in supply chain. Prof Quaddus has published over 300 papers in refereed journals, international conferences and chapters in Books. His publications have appeared in Omega, International Journal of Production Economics, European Journal of Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Supply Chain Management–An International Journal, Information System Frontiers, Rural Sociology, among many others. He has successfully supervised over 60 doctoral students. In 1996 and 2005 he received “researcher of the year” award in Curtin Business School. From Jan 2009 – Dec 2011 he was deputy dean and dean of research, and from March 2013 – March 2014 he was Director of Curtin Graduate School of Business, Curtin Business School. Prof Quaddus also acted as consultants for a number of organizations including, DAFWA, Woodside Petroleum and World Bank.
