Welcome to the 1st International Conference on Food, Nutrition and Health (ICFNH 2023). On behalf of the organising committees, I am pleased to welcome all of you to ICNFH2023 with the theme, "Curating Health through Nutrition: A Shared Responsibilities", which will be held virtually on 19 and 20 September 2023. This year, ICFNH2023 aims to highlight the latest developments in food, nutrition, and health as feasible plans to build a stronger nation and healthier generation. ICFNH 2023 will allow researchers to contribute their latest findings, ideas and recommendations for future research. It will bring together all experts from around the world and provide numerous opportunities for networking and publication.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

ICFNH 2023 is the first conference organised by the Centre for Dietetics Studies, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Teknologi MARA. It is co-organised by Universiti Muhammadiah Surakarta, IPB Bogor University Indonesia and Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The main objective of this conference is to share the latest information on food, nutrition and health. ICFNH 2023 is also an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, students and other interested parties to share their research and ideas in this field. This conference is suitable for all healthcare professionals, researchers, academicians and practitioners to learn about the latest food, nutrition and health developments. ICFNH2023 aims to highlight the latest food, nutrition and health developments to build a stronger nation and a healthier future generation.
