REGISTRATION FEES
*The fees for student and professional as presenter.
It is compulsory to submit your Extended Abstracts (300) words, together with the Proof of Payment for the non-refundable Abstract Fees as follows :-
By 21 May 2023 :
Student - MYR 50 / USD 20 (Early Bird)
Professional - MYR 150/USD 50 (Early Bird)
By 15 June 2023 :
Student - MYR 100 / USD 40 (Normal)
Professional - MYR 250/ USD 80 (Normal)
Fees for Publication:
For the accepted manuscript, the publication fee is:
RM375 (for Malaysians) per manuscript
USD100 (for Internationals) per manuscript.
The manuscript will be published in a special issue in Jurnal Gizi dan Pangan (WOS index).
IMPORTANT NOTES
Participants are reminded to enter the participant's name (not the name of the organization) in the NAME/COMPANY/ORGANIZATION column in the FinePay System to enable the Official Receipt to be printed in the participant's name.
Participants are also compulsory to upload the Official Receipt during registration as proof that payment has been made.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the registration, the fee will not be refunded.
Request for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat: icfnhuitm@gmail.com
Name Change / Substitution
All registrations are valid only for the registered person.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the Conference, he/she may nominate a substitute delegate by notifying the Conference Secretariat in writing no later than 31 July 2023 with the full information requested in the online registration form.
Any request to change the name of the registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at icfnhuitm@gmail.com no later than 31 July 2023.

The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s), if deem fit, without prior notice.
The committee also reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event with no liability other than a refund of the course fee.
The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
Photographs and videos may be taken at this conference by the organiser for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending this conference, you consent to the organiser using your image in promotional materials such as brochures, websites and social media, unless you have indicated otherwise.
