PRESENTATION
1. Presentations in 2nd ICAES 2024 will be conducted via pre-recorded videos.
2. Authors of the accepted papers are required to produce not more than 15 minutes video presentation.
3. Instead of relying solely on voiceover narration, the presenter must use a camera/webcam to show their face while showcasing slides. It is required that the presentation be given in English.
4. In the first slide, please state presenter information (Paper title, Paper Id and Presenter's Name). In the last slide, please state corresponding author's email for QnA session. Any questions you might have will be sent to you directly through email.
5. Use 2nd ICAES 2024 virtual background as the presenter's background.
6. The presentation slides can be created using Microsoft PowerPoint.
7. Recommended set for HD format (1280 x 720 resolution or other “720p” setting) or higher.
8. The contents of the presentation video may include the pertinent parts of the research work such as the Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results & Discussion, Conceptual Framework, Recommendations for Experimentation, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment. Please choose any that best suits your work.
9. Please upload your video in YouTube and submit the YouTube URL link via google form (click here) by 25th July 2024.
10. Each presenter must label the video using his/her Name, ID Paper registration number.
11. All presenters are advised to strictly adhere to the guidelines set for the presentation. Do not forget to set your YouTube to public.
Tips: Avoid shaky footage by employing a tripod or placing your camera on a stable surface with plenty of light.
