If you have registered with Easychair in a previous conference, you may use the same ID and Password to Log In.
Online Paper Submission
To submit your paper, log in to your Easy Chair account, choose your role as the author, and "make a new submission."
Submission Process:
Full Paper Submission:
Each full paper must consist of six (6) to twelve (12) pages (including results, figures, and references using APA 7th edition). The maximum allowable words are 10,000.
Authors must STRICTLY follow the templates provided: full paper template. We suggest that authors copy and paste the contents into the given templates. The full paper should not contain any additional header or footer.
The similarity score must be less than 20%. AI detection scores less than 30%
The minimum number of references is 10.
The full paper will only be accepted by electronic submission through the Easychair.

Your submission will be double-blind and peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. You will receive an email with the decision on your paper.
Please Note
All papers will be reviewed based on originality, technical quality, and relevance. Submitting the same paper to multiple conferences or journals is not allowed. Papers that do not follow these rules may be excluded from the conference publications.
All presentations are made virtually.
Participants must prepare a PowerPoint slide, record their presentation, and submit a video for the conference.
Maximum duration for the video is 10 minutes. Please ensure your presentation is clear and concise, staying within the time limit.
Video presentation must be delivered in English.
The presenter’s face must appear as a video inset throughout the presentation. The recording must include a webcam feed (in a corner) alongside the presentation slides.
The video must be presented by either the main author or any co-author listed in the submitted paper.
Voiceover must be original and recorded by the presenter — no AI, synthetic, or third-party narration is allowed.

1. Title Slide (Title, Presenter Name, Affiliation, Conference Logo)
2. Introduction (Problem Statement & Objectives)
3. Contents e.g. (Methodology, Findings/Results, Discussion & Implications)
4. Conclusion / Recommendations

Share the downloadable link via [Google Form / Email]
File naming convention: PaperID_PresenterName_ShortTitle.mp4
The organizer will publish the schedule of the video presentation and inform the respective presenters.
We highly encourage you to rehearse your presentation and review the final video before submission to ensure professional delivery.
The presenters should attend the conference session to engage with the audience during the Q&A session.
