This subject is a foundation course in geometry for students majoring in mathematics at diploma level. Students will learn the basic concepts of geometry including triangles, polygons, circles, volumes, and surface area of solids. Deductive reasoning will be emphasis in solving problems.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
Use a thorough knowledge of points, lines, and planes and deductive reasoning in understanding basic concepts of geometry.
Solve the geometrical problem.
Show related properties of polygon.
