Mohammad Ashraf bin Abu Bakar joined UiTM Johor Branch Segamat Campus on 16-11-2007 as a Computer Technician (Juruteknik Komputer) at the Infostructure Department.
Unable to complete their studies at the Diploma in Information Media Science and Technology Faculty of Information Science and Technology at Hokkaido University (2006-2007)
He graduated from Kolej Komuniti Segamat 2 with Information Technology Certificate skills. His post from 2007 to 2016.
From 2016 until now, his position was applied to Information Technology Assistant Officer (Penolong Pegawai Teknologi Maklumat) at UiTM Johor Branch Segamat Campus.
Has performed Hajj and Umrah from 24 July to 1 September 2017.

Information Security: Protecting sensitive and critical university information from cybersecurity threats by enforcing security policies and conducting data validation.
IT Projects: Involvement in university IT development projects such as system enhancements, introduction of new technologies, or software migrations.
Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting complex IT issues.
Reporting and Documentation: Recording work performed, providing status reports, and creating appropriate documentation for records and future reference.
Compliance and Governance: Ensuring IT operations comply with legal guidelines and university policies.
Professional Development: Engaging in training and professional development to maintain current IT skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments within the university to provide integrated and comprehensive IT support.
