TIA Ambassadors serve as essential liaisons between teachers, campus administration, and district personnel to ensure the smooth implementation and clear understanding of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).  

TIA Campus Ambassadors act as the primary point of contact at their campus—including elementary, middle, and high school CTE and STAAR courses—to communicate expectations, timelines, and updates while actively addressing staff concerns and misconceptions. By collaborating closely with campus leadership and utilizing dedicated TIA topics within campus Google Classroom, these facilitators foster a culture of teaching excellence through transparent communication, vital guidance, and ongoing support for all instructional staff.
